Woman who survived car explosion thanks officer who saved her

"I'm still here. Through the grace of God, I'm still here."

Loretta Gray and Cincinnati police Officer Perry Locke are seeing each other for the first time since Locke rescued Gray after her car exploded with her inside.

Investigators said a propane tank inside Gray's car exploded, destroying the car and leaving her trapped inside.

Locke, who was close enough to feel the force of the explosion, rushed in to help pull Gray out of the car.

Gray said she's thankful for Locke's quick thinking, and the fact that she's still here.

"I still here," Gray said. "Through the grace of God, I'm still here."
