Twenty-one years after the deadly 1999 Moore Tornado ripped through central Oklahoma, a woman has been reunited with one of her most valuable possessions. Lisa Liston reclaimed a photo of herself and her daughter that had been lost when the tornado decimated her home. At the time, the photo, along with several other possessions, blew into the front yard of Jillian Tymchuck. She decided to use the coronavirus quarantine as an opportunity to find the rightful owner, and succeeded.
