Rescued from a serial killer, the Kala Brown story

Todd Kohlhepp, a well-known real estate agent, had buried multiple bodies on his South Carolina property.


In 2016, Kala Brown and her boyfriend, Charlie David Carver, went missing. An investigation found the couple had been kidnapped by Todd Kohlhepp, a well-liked real estate agent in South Carolina. Brown was rescued by authorities sweeping Kohlhepp's property after they heard her banging from inside a metal storage container where Kohlhepp was keeping her. Carver's body was later found, along with those of several other victims. Watch to learn more about this story of survival.
