'The Silence of the Lambs' house is for sale again

A killer deal? Just in time for Halloween, the famous house from "The Silence of the Lambs" is for sale in western Pennsylvania.

Just in time for Halloween, one of the most iconic houses in movie history is for sale in western Pennsylvania.

Film buffs will recognize the house in the Fayette County community of Layton as the home of Jame "Buffalo Bill" Gumb from the Oscar-winning 1991 movie "The Silence of the Lambs."

The three-story, four-bedroom home on 1.7 acres along the Yough River has exchanged owners once before. It's on the market again, listed at $298,500.

The house on Circle Street was built in 1910 and sits next to land once owned by George Washington, according to a realtor's press release.
