"Somebody said, 'I can't believe we're allowed to do this,'" says Sean Moorefield of the 412 Rage Room.
The business allows people to smash all kinds of things, like bottles, old electronics and more. Moorefield says if it's breakable, you'll probably find it there.
While it's not an official form of therapy, for many, it's a way to release pent-up emotion or aggression.
