Dr. Jill Biden participated in a virtual campaign stop in Pittsburgh on Tuesday. She joined U.S. Sen. Bob Casey and local teachers to discuss how schools can safely reopen.

Dr. Biden stressed the importance of teachers and how appreciated that work has become during the pandemic.

After Tuesday’s event, Dr. Biden spoke with sister-station WTAE about her husband Joe Biden’s campaign for the presidential election, and about plans to reopen schools.
