Man loses over 100 pounds during pandemic, keeps it off

Walter used to drive the 100 feet to get his mail from his mailbox. Now, he walks.


This pandemic project may inspire you to get off the couch and get moving. Aware of the correlation between severe cases of COVID-19 and obesity, at 342 pounds Walter Chesnut decided to use the downtime during the pandemic to start a journey to health.


Over a year later, he's down over 110 pounds, off his blood pressure medication and went from a size XXL to a medium.
