Haley Moore's dog likely saved her life.

Last week, Moore was walking the one-and-a-half-year-old Maremma mix, Clover, through her neighborhood near Ottawa, Ontario, when she suddenly had a seizure.

"All I remember is waking up in the ambulance and just being really confused, like what is going on?" Moore told CTV News.

Surveillance footage shows Moore fall to the ground before Clover checks on her, quickly frees herself from her leash and then enters the street to stop a passing vehicle.

"It was really impressive," Dryden Oatway, the driver of that vehicle, told the news outlet. "The dog, Clover, actually blocked my way. She kind of backed into the road to block my truck."

Oatway ran to the nearest home to alert other neighbors and then stayed with Moore until help arrived.

Moore was treated by paramedics and still isn't sure what caused the scare, but is thankful for Clover's brave actions.

"I feel 10 times safer," she said. "I know she will be there for me."
