Chick-fil-A holds onto its fast-food customer service crown for seventh year

For the seventh consecutive year, Chick-fil-A topped the fast-food industry in customer satisfaction. It scored an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score of 83 out of 100.

The restaurant's score decreased 1% from last year's score. According to ACSI, Chick-fil-A's lead is shrinking as the leader of customer satisfaction in the fast-food industry.

Restaurants nipping at the heels of Chick-fil-A's score include:

  • Domino's - 80
  • KFC -79
  • Starbucks -79
  • Panera -78
  • Pizza Hut -78

McDonald’s came in last with an ACSI score of 70.
