Residents in Paradise, California, are still cleaning up and rebuilding after a historic, deadly wildfire decimated their town last year.

But amid the rubble of the Camp Fire, Shane Grammer tries to create a little bit of beauty.

“I absolutely love to paint murals, beautiful murals that are in areas that are very broken and desolate and distraught,” he said. “Because I feel that I'm helping bring a little bit of beauty into an area.”
